We ship to the United States, Canada and European Union countries. Orders are processed in 1–4 business days, with delivery estimated at 15–40 calendar days after dispatch.
We email your tracking number after shipment. If you need help with a delivery, contact [email protected] with your order number.
Email us within 120 days of delivery. We accept eligible new, lightly used, defective and quality-issue products. We pay return shipping for product problems; you pay for returns for other reasons. Customer service provides the return address.
We arrange refunds within 7 business days after receiving the returned item. Your refund goes back to your original payment method.
