Refund Eligibility
Eligible new, lightly used, defective, or quality-issue products may be returned within 120 days from the date of delivery, whether due to a product problem or customer preference. No additional non-returnable product categories are declared. This voluntary policy does not limit applicable statutory withdrawal, conformity or guarantee rights.
