Descriptions, quantities, dimensions, materials and prices are shown on each product page. Screen settings may affect displayed colours; this does not exclude rights for defective or misdescribed goods. Certifications and performance claims require supporting product information.
Orders
Provide accurate order and delivery information. Payment is charged when an order is placed. Email [email protected] promptly to request cancellation before shipment; fulfilment status determines whether cancellation is possible. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailable stock, failed payment or a material listing error, we will contact the customer and refund payment for any cancelled order to the original payment method. Price changes require customer agreement. After shipment, the return policy and statutory rights apply.

For returns due to product problems, the merchant pays return shipping; for reasons unrelated to product problems, the customer pays return shipping. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
